Bid Administrator
An established and growing construction business based in Kings Hill is looking for a highly organised Bid Administrator to join its busy pre-construction team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the delivery of high-quality tender submissions.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with the preparation and submission of PQQs, bids, and tender documentsCoordinating information from various departments to support bid submissionsMaintaining bid libraries, templates, and project documentationMonitoring tender portals and tracking submission deadlinesFormatting documents and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on timeSupporting the wider estimating and pre-construction teams with administrative tasksThe Ideal Candidate:Previous administration experience, ideally within construction or a similar industryExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and ExcelAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesStrong communication skills and a proactive approachWhat''s on Offer:Opportunity to join a supportive and growing teamModern office environment in Kings HillCareer development opportunities within the construction sectorCompetitive salary and benefits package to be discussed depending on experience For more information or to apply, please get in touch today by calling Lucy on ..... full job details .....
