Bid Administrator
to join our team on a
12-month
maternity cover contract. As the Bid Administrator you will be, supporting our national bid function and helping them continue to secure high-profile projects across the built environment.The RoleAs Bid Administrator, you will play a key role in the preparation and coordination of bids, ensuring documents are produced to the highest standard and deadlines are consistently met.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the bid team in producing compliant, compelling tender submissionsCoordinating inputs from technical teams and ensuring consistency across documentsManaging and formatting bid content, templates, and supporting materialsMonitoring deadlines and submission portals to ensure timely deliveryMaintaining bid libraries and supporting the continuous improvement of bid processesAbout You / Bid AdministratorWe’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with:Previous experience in bid administration, document control, or similar coordination rolesExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to engage colleagues at all levelsBe part of a specialist consultancy with a strong reputation for innovation and technical excellenceGain invaluable experience supporting high-profile projects across the UKWork within a collaborative and professional environment where your contribution mattersIn Return:Salary: £27,500PensionFlexible working – 37.5 hours working week28 days annual leaveEarly finish on last Fridays of the monthIf you are a highly organised administrator with an interest in bids and project support, and you’re looking for a fixed-term role with impact, we would love to hear from ..... full job details .....
