Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive and Customer Success dashboards to report on retention and revenue generating activities activities. Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL processes to support dashboard creation and data integration. Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
