BI Manager - Finance Transformation - £70K Warwick based - Hyrbid workingI''m working with a growing, multi-site business looking for a BI Manager to join the team in a newly created, standalone role while they go through a finance transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked within a finance environment and understands finance processes, but is also highly tech/data-focused, with ownership of Power BI, automation and a range of transformation projects.The role:Own and develop the Power BI reporting environment, including data models, DAX and dashboardsLead finance automation and process improvement using Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python and AIDeliver transformation projects across Finance, including Sage 200, Purchase Order systems and AI/OCR invoice processingTurn complex financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insightWork closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for improvementAct as the finance SME for automation, digital transformation and data-driven ways of workingWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience working within a finance environment, with a good understanding of finance processes, reporting and controlsStrong Power BI experience - DAX, data modelling and dashboard developmentProven finance transformation/process improvement experienceStrong VBA/Excel skills and experience writing complex macrosPractical Python experience for automation, data analysis or reportingExperience ..... full job details .....
