BESS Project Manager

Our client is a growing renewable energy developer and are seeking a Project Manager to join a major utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project entering construction in Scotland. The Project Manager will represent the developer''s interests throughout the construction phase, overseeing project delivery, contractor performance, and programme execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project delivery from construction through commissioningAct as the developer-side project leadCoordinate EPC contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersMonitor programme milestones and project risksReview contractor reports, schedules, and deliverablesManage project budgets and reportingEnsure compliance with contractual obligationsLead project meetings and reporting to senior managementSupport commissioning and operational handoverRequirementsProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projectsExperience delivering renewable energy or grid-connected projectsStrong understanding of construction project deliveryExcellent stakeholder management skillsBackground in power, utilities, renewables, or energy infrastructureersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
