BESS Delivery Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Delivery / Project Manager to join a leading electrical power supply company, supplying to some of the biggest names in the industryKey Responsibilities:Leading all end-to-end aspects of Tesla project execution.Deliver service excellence by engaging and driving stakeholders across the organisation.Leverage matrix reports to ensure that Engineering, Projects, Contracts, QA, HandS, Site Services, Planning, Logistics functions are optimised for our Tesla business purposes.Ensure profitability targets are met through effective oversight of PM''s and other stakeholders.Identify risks, get ahead of issues and proactively drive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Hold fortnightly internal all stakeholder reviews, chaired in Leeds.Coach, train and mentor the team and improve processes to bring stakeholders together.Build a team environment - articulates common goals, communicate how individual roles contribute to team success, provide clear direction.Provide monthly board updates in Leeds.Monitor GM as ''quoted'' and as ''delivered'', where erosion occurs, understand, report and make recommendations for improvement.Drive start up and close out project meetings and ensure effective planning.Manage changing priorities at a production planning and individual project level.Develop a range of KPI''s to ensure adequate functional oversight, measurement and control.Manage a top-level project tracker to monitor and provide appropriate metrics ..... full job details .....
