Bespoke Project Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Bespoke Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage bespoke customer projects from concept through to completion.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and project updates.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, costs, and progress reporting.
• Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and translated into successful project outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and effective project execution.

• Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Experience working with bespoke products, customer-specific solutions, or engineered projects would be advantageous.
