You will be a great leader who can drive the team along with you, be into the detail and have the capacity to manage many different areas of the business including new cars, used cars, marketing and managing customer situations. We will also consider applicants from highly accomplished sales department employees who can show a proven track record of exceptional results in selling cars or F & I. You will have experience in the buying and selling of prestige cars. As a Sytner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will be required to manage the annual dealership sales forecasts and targets and communicate these to the sales team.
