This is an exciting opportunity to join an established HR function and play a key role in delivering competitive, compliant and employee-focused benefits across the UK and wider European region.The RoleAs Benefits Specialist, you''ll support the management and development of employee benefits programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with both business and employee needs.You''ll work closely with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders and external providers, while also taking ownership of benefits-related projects and initiatives across the region.The key responsibilitiesSupport the review and development of employee benefits programmes across the UK and wider European region.Coordinate benefits including healthcare, life, accident, disability, pensions and other locally relevant benefits.Manage benefits-related projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and key actions.Support complex employee benefits queries and ensure a positive employee experience.Prepare benefits survey submissions and analyse market data to support benchmarking activities.Analyse benefits costs, trends and programme changes to support business decisions and budget ..... full job details .....
