Benefits Realisation Consultant - SC Cleared

We are recruiting for an experienced Benefits Realisation Consultant (SC Cleared) to support the successful delivery of change programmes and projects across a large, complex government organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring that planned benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and ultimately realised, delivering measurable value to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Develop and implement benefits realisation frameworks, strategies, and plans Work with programme teams to identify, quantify, and validate expected benefits Establish robust tracking, reporting, and governance processes Challenge assumptions and ensure benefits are aligned with strategic objectives Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on benefits management best practiceSupport business change activities to maximise benefit deliveryProven experience in benefits realisation within complex programmes, ideally in the public sectorStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience with programme/project management methodologies (eg MSP, PRINCE2) This assignment is part of a high-profile transformation programme that spans the breadth of the organisation and will change the way the organisation operates in the future. ..... full job details .....
