We have an established flexible benefits platform for our core markets in the UK and Ireland which is currently under review, and we are also increasingly seeing the need for centralisation for administration and management of benefits across our international markets as well as supporting business change projects.What you''ll do BAU Benefits Delivery - Lead the seamless delivery of day-to-day benefits across the UK and Ireland, ensuring a consistently high-quality employee experience and effective administration of all benefit programmes. International Benefits Management - Coordinate and support benefits delivery across multiple international markets, working closely with local providers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and market practices.
