Job Title: Benefits Lead - SC Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on site in either London or Bristol Contract Duration : 31/3/27 Daily Rate: £600/day (Umbrella) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC The Benefits Lead will own and drive the realisation of measurable benefits from the programme, ensuring the transformation delivers tangible value to the organisation and the taxpayer. This role will lead the benefits management strategy, define baselines and targets, and embed benefits tracking and reporting throughout delivery and into business-as-usual. Responsibilities: Benefits Strategy andamp; Planning Benefits Identification andamp; Realisation Engagement andamp; Change Enablement Tracking, Measurement andamp; Reporting Risk andamp; Dependency Management Essential: Proven track record in benefits management for major transformation programmes, ideally in a public sector, Defence, or large-scale corporate services context. Strong knowledge of benefits frameworks (HMT Green Book, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), or equivalent). Experience of ERP/HCM transformation (eg Oracle Fusion, SAP) and the associated business change. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence at SCS and 2-star/3-star level. Highly numerate with strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Strong understanding of corporate services functions (HR, Finance, Commercial, etc.) and their operating models. ..... full job details .....
