Benefits Lead We are looking for a highly skilled Benefits Lead to define, manage and realise benefits across a major transformation programme. This role will be responsible for establishing benefits management frameworks and ensuring measurable business outcomes are delivered. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain programme benefits frameworks and strategies.Define benefit measures, baselines and tracking mechanisms.Work with business leaders to identify and validate benefits.Produce benefits realisation plans and performance reporting.Challenge assumptions and ensure benefit forecasts remain achievable.Support executive governance and investment decision-making.Required ExperienceProven experience leading benefits management on large transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies.Experience developing benefits cases and tracking value delivery.Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Strong analytical and financial awareness.Benefits Lead ..... full job details .....
