Requirements of role: Our HR Advisory team provide a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes. Reporting directly to the head of department you will play a pivotal role in building and servicing our client base and contributing to the strategic development of the department - key responsibilities include: advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their international employee benefits programmes track and advise clients on international regulatory requirements (mandatory pension and insurance schemes etc) develop benchmark intelligence on market norms and trending practices manage third party relations with insurers, brokers and payroll teams develop communication materials and support clients in employee ..... full job details .....
