This role suits a detail-oriented, tenacious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact by shaping our reward experience during business transformation. Reporting to the Reward and Performance Lead Consultant and collaborating with Colleague Services, you will own E.ON UK''s benefits offering-managing, enhancing, and delivering our employee benefits portfolio. You''ll ensure it supports our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), attracts and retains talent, and delivers an engaging colleague experience, while contributing to the broader reward agenda. You should have proven experience influencing stakeholders, managing projects, and delivering reward initiatives-especially in benefits management, implementation, and engagement. Candidates with backgrounds in employee benefits, reward advisory, communications, marketing, or contract management are welcome.
