The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and checking components to ensure they meet the required quality standards.   Key Responsibilities Carry out bench assembly and production tasks. Assemble components using hand tools and small power tools. Read and follow basic engineering drawings and work instructions. Carry out drilling, filing, deburring, cutting and finishing as required. Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any defects or issues. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area. Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow company health & safety procedures at all times. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a bench operative, assembly, manufacturing or production role is advantageous. Previous experience within a sheet metal or manufacturing environment.
