The Role As a Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for building bespoke timber windows, door etc from scratch, managing each project from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on your own projects throughout the week, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. What You'll Be Doing Manufacturing bespoke timber windows from start to finish. Working from technical drawings and specifications. Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely. Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Keeping your work area clean and organised. Working independently while contributing to a skilled workshop team.
