items to exact specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and bespoke projects in a well-equipped workshop, alongside a long established, friendly and skilled team.Responsibilities

Craftsmanship:

Create high-quality bespoke joinery pieces (e.g. Media walls, fitted furniture, kitchen joinery and architectural components) using traditional and modern techniques.Technical Interpretation:

Read and work from detailed technical drawings and specifications.Assembly and Finishing:

Accurately assemble and finish joinery items with attention to both quality and aesthetics.Quality Assurance:

Conduct checks at every stage to ensure the product meets internal and client expectations.Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

Keep tools and machinery in top condition for safe and efficient operation.Health and Safety:

Always adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.What We\''re Looking For
