This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision craftsmanship and enjoys working with high-quality materials. Key Responsibilities - Bench Joiner Manufacture and restore sash and casement windows and timber doors to high standards. Operate and maintain classical woodworking machinery, including: Crosscut saws Thicknessers Planers Tenoners Spindle moulders Mortisers 4-sided planers and moulders Ensure all products meet Ventrolla’s quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the Production Team to meet project deadlines. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workshop. Key Requirements - Bench Joiner Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably with sash and casement window projects. Proficient in using classical woodworking machinery.
