This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision craftsmanship and enjoys working with high-quality materials. Key Responsibilities - Bench Joiner Manufacture and restore sash and casement windows and timber doors to high standards. Operate and maintain classical woodworking machinery, including: Crosscut saws Thicknessers Planers Tenoners Spindle moulders Mortisers 4-sided planers and moulders Ensure all products meet Ventrolla s quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the Production Team to meet project deadlines. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workshop. Key Requirements - Bench Joiner Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably with sash and casement window projects. Proficient in using classical woodworking machinery.
