As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Bench Joiner to become a valued member of our team. The Role You''ll play a key role in producing bespoke joinery items to exact specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and bespoke projects in a well-equipped workshop, alongside a long established, friendly and skilled team. Key Responsibilities Craftsmanship: Create high-quality bespoke joinery pieces (e.g. staircases, doors, windows, fitted furniture, fire rated joinery and architectural components) using traditional and modern techniques. Technical Interpretation: Read and work from detailed technical drawings and specifications. Assembly and Finishing: Accurately assemble and finish joinery items with attention to both quality and aesthetics. Quality Assurance: Conduct checks at every stage to ensure the product meets internal and client expectations. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and machinery in top condition for safe and efficient operation. Health and Safety: Always adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.
