The company combine meticulous design with precise production to provide an excellent service to their customers.In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the workshop, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a small team of skilled furniture makers. Alongside your supervisory responsibilities, you will remain actively involved in the manufacture of bespoke furniture and joinery components.The suitable candidate will have experience in bench joinery, specifically the production of 5-piece doors, drawers and boxes.
