Bench Joiner

Impact Recruitment are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to work on a permanent basis for one of our clients in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and work within a highly skilled team producing bespoke, high-end joinery products.As a Bench Joiner, you will be working on one-off projects, manufacturing a variety of bespoke items from raw materials, requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail.Role: Bench JoinerHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmLocation: KetteringSalary: 14.00 - 17.00 per hour (depending on experience)Daily Duties:Manufacture bespoke joinery products including staircases, windows, doors, cabinets, and furnitureWork from technical drawings and job specifications with minimal supervisionMeasure, cut, assemble, and finish timber components to a high standardOperate a range of woodworking machinery and hand toolsEnsure all products meet high-quality standards and deadlinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environmentWork with a variety of materials including hardwoods and softwoodsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Bench Joiner is essentialAbility to work independently from technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipGood understanding of joinery processes and workshop health and safetyExperience working on high-end bespoke projectsExperience operating machinery such as spindle moulders and planers is advantageousIf you are interested in ..... full job details .....
