      <description>Location: Ipswich | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Bench Joiner   About the Role  We are looking for an experienced  Bench Joiner  to join a busy workshop team producing high-quality bespoke joinery. You will be responsible for machining components, assembling units and working from technical drawings to deliver work to a high standard and within deadlines.  Key Responsibilities    Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.   Machine components from stock and assemble bespoke joinery items.   Work to production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.   Liaise with Workshop Supervisors and Managers on progress or any issues.   Follow all company quality, environmental and health &amp; safety procedures.   Support the wider workshop team and work overtime when required.   Skills &amp; Experience    Previous experience as a  Bench Joiner  within a workshop environment.   Strong joinery knowledge and ability to work from drawings.   Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.   Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.   Bespoke joinery experience and relevant carpentry / joinery qualifications would be advantageous. &lt;/ul</description>
