Bench Joiner

BENCH JOINER Bodhi Bespoke is looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our new bespoke joinery workshop in Monton, Greater Manchester. You will manufacture high-quality bespoke furniture and joinery for commercial interiors, retail, pharmacy and shopfitting projects. The successful candidate will: Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinets, counters, reception desks and furniture. Work from technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Work with MDF, MFC, laminates, plywood, veneers and solid timber. Fit ironmongery, including hinges, drawer runners, locks and handles. Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards. Work closely with the Workshop Manager and machining team to meet production deadlines. Requirements: Proven bench joinery or furniture manufacturing experience. Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately to dimensions. Experience with cabinetry, assembly and furniture finishing. Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Good understanding of workshop health and safety. Experience in commercial joinery, retail furniture or shopfitting would be advantageous. A recognised joinery qualification would also be beneficial. ..... full job details .....
