Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Bench Joiner, based in Hartlepool. Our Client is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join their workshop team assembling bespoke doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong DIY skills, general woodwork experience, or a background as a handy person. However, you don''t need to be a fully qualified joiner - just bring your enthusiasm, reliability, and attention to detail. Training will be provided. Bench Joiner Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssemble bespoke doors to a high standardFit hinges, ironmongery, and glazing to doorsFollow written instructions and assembly guides accuratelyCheck the quality of work at every stageMaintain a tidy and safe workspace Essential Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceSafety conscious, Confident using hand and power toolsGood general knowledge of woodwork or handy-person tasksAble to follow written instructions and work independentlyStrong eye for detail and qualityReliable, punctual, and a team player Company Benefits:Friendly, down-to-earth teamSecure, long-term work with opportunities to learn new skills Hourly rate is 12.80.
