Based in a fully equipped workshop, this role is ideal for an experienced Bench Joiner who takes pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship. Around 80% of the work focuses on traditional joinery, including timber windows and doors, with the remaining 20% covering bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and fitted furniture. The Role Manufacture traditional timber windows, doors and heritage joinery from technical drawings. Produce high-quality joinery using both hardwoods and softwoods. Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout production. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule. Requirements Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.
