Bench Joiner Location: Oxfordshire Salary: 18.00 - 22.50 per hour (DOE) We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer specialising in traditional timber windows, doors and heritage joinery. Based in a fully equipped workshop, this role is ideal for an experienced Bench Joiner who takes pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship. Around 80% of the work focuses on traditional joinery, including timber windows and doors, with the remaining 20% covering bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and fitted furniture. The Role Manufacture traditional timber windows, doors and heritage joinery from technical drawings. Produce high-quality joinery using both hardwoods and softwoods. Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout production. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule. Requirements Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment. Strong experience manufacturing traditional timber windows and doors. Ability to read and work from technical drawings. Competent using standard woodworking machinery and hand tools. A positive attitude with pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery. What''s on Offer 18.00 - 22.50 per hour, depending on experience. Permanent, full-time position.
