Perform on-site modifications and adjustments to ensure perfect fit and finish. Work on shop-fitting projects and commercial installations. Fabricate solid surfaces as required. Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications. Maintain high standards of workmanship at all times. Requirements: Proven experience in high-quality bench joinery or furniture making (2–3 years). NVQ qualification in joinery, or equivalent experience. Exceptional carpentry and joinery skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid surface fabrication experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm  OR  7:00am to 4:30pm Some Saturdays required during bus... Temporary
