This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced workshop, manufacturing high-quality, bespoke furniture and components. We''re looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner or Site Joiner who can hit the ground running and produce work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke components from technical drawings. Build and assemble kitchen canopies , bench seats , mantels , island end panels , and other bespoke joinery items. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, assemble and finish timber products to precise specifications.
