We are currently seeking an experienced

Bench Joiner

for an immediate start in

Huddersfield (HD9) . This role involves workshop-based joinery, focusing on the production of

restaurant bars, kitchen units, counters, and custom interior fittings . Ideal for someone confident with machine operation and bespoke fit-out components.Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing

bespoke bar counters, kitchen furniture, and restaurant fittings

from timber and panel products

Working from

detailed drawings, cutting lists, and CAD specifications

Operating standard

woodworking machinery

(saws, edgebanders, routers, spindle moulders, planers, etc.)

Assembly and finishing of components to

high-quality standards

Ensuring precise

measurements, alignment, and detailing

of all joinery elements

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines

Maintaining a

clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Bench Joiner , ideally with hospitality/bar/kitchen fit-out experience

Skilled in operating a wide range of

woodworking machinery

and using hand tools

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and cutting lists

accurately

Excellent craftsmanship and eye for detail

Own tools and PPE (machinery training/certification preferred)

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
