Shift: 07:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

About the Company:

A well-established manufacturing company specialising in high-end bespoke furniture. Due to continued growth and the expansion of existing contracts, the company is recruiting skilled Bench Hand Joiners to join its team of craftsmen in Leicester.

The Role:
As a Bench Hand Joiner, you''ll manufacture, assemble, and finish high-quality wooden furniture using a range of tools and machinery. You''ll work from detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, precision, and an excellent standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke wooden products
• Work accurately from technical drawings
• Quality-check and finish your own work
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

About You:

• Experienced in high-end bench joinery, laminating, or cabinet making
• Skilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as routers, edge banders, planers, and table saws
• Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
