About the Role We are seeking a skilled Bench Fitter to join the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing and assembling manufactured parts to specification, using the tools provided and following strict processes and procedures. The role includes part marking, occasional Alocrom (chromate conversion coating) work, carrying out daily checks, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good housekeeping standards, and experience using hand and pneumatic tools.
