As the Bench Fitter you will be tasked to assemble precision engineered small fabrication components - using hand tools, reading engineering drawings, working with measuring tools such as verniers etc. Duties Assemble new parts using solid rivets with hand and air riveting tools Use air tools (drills, rivet press, rivet guns) and a range of hand tools Adjust and assemble sheet metal components Apply sealants as required Inspect completed products visually for quality and compliance Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Use Vernier callipers and specialist measuring equipment Work with various materials and surface finishes Finish precision-engineered components to a high standard The ideal c...
