Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist Alternative Provision. This role involves working closely with pupils who have experienced significant barriers to learning, including behavioural challenges and difficulties accessing mainstream education.About the Role:Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs. This is in an all through school from ages 4-16.Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.Support pupils'' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development.As a behavioural teaching assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans.Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies.About You:This position is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.Experience in supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary and secondary schools.Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build trust with students.A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to ..... full job details .....
