About the Role Working closely with teaching staff, the inclusion team, and senior leaders, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils within the school''s inclusion provisionSupporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs to successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessonsBuilding strong, trusting relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectationsManaging and de-escalating challenging behaviour using restorative and positive behaviour management strategiesEncouraging positive choices, resilience, and engagement with learningSupporting pupils to develop emotional regulation and effective coping strategiesMonitoring pupil behaviour, attendance, and progress, providing regular ..... full job details .....
