About the Role Working closely with teaching staff, the inclusion team, and senior leaders, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils within the school''s inclusion provision Supporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs to successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons Building strong, trusting relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using restorative and positive behaviour management strategies Encouraging positive choices, resilience, and engagement with learning Supporting pupils to develop emotional regulation and effective coping strategies Monitoring pupil behaviour, attendance, and progress, providing ..... full job details .....
