Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant (1:1) - Wirral | Flexible Roles Available

Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for Behavioural Support Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require extra support in the classroom across schools in the Wirral.

We have short-term, long-term, and day-to-day opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

About the role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural needs

• Helping students stay engaged, focused, and on task

• Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour strategies

• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans

We''re looking for:

• Experience working with children with SEND and/or behavioural needs

• A calm, patient, and consistent approach

• Strong behaviour management skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Relevant qualifications or training (Team Teach or similar is desirable but not essential)
