Training will be provided, though experience of working with children with SEMH, particularly attachment and trauma, is an advantage. What matters most is a strong commitment to supporting children with complex needs and the ability to bring patience, positivity, and consistency every day.This role will suit someone who is passionate about making a difference to young people''s lives - whether by helping them manage emotions, build healthy relationships, or gain practical skills for adulthood.
