to work in a supportive mainstream or SEND school in Ravenshead providing vital 1:1 or small group support for pupils with

challenging behaviour or SEMH

needs.Your RoleWork closely with teaching staff and SENDCo to implement behaviour support plansSupport pupils with

SEMH, ADHD, ASD , or trauma-informed needsUse positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniquesBuild trust and consistency with students through patient, respectful supportSupport in-class learning and supervise in a safe, structured environmentRequirementsExperience working with children with behavioural difficulties (in schools, youth work, or care)Calm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging situationsKnowledge of

Team Teach ,

MAPA , or other de-escalation training is a plus (training can be provided)DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)Able to commit to full-time, term-time work (typically 8:30am - 4pm)
