Behaviour Teaching Assistant Alternative Provision Location: Worthing, West Sussex Role: Behaviour Teaching Assistant Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time / Long-term Are you passionate about supporting young people who have found mainstream education challenging? We are currently looking for a resilient, patient and proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join an Alternative Provision in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with young people and helping them make positive changes in their education and behaviour. The Role You will be supporting students who may present with challenging behaviour, social and emotional needs, low engagement or difficulties regulating their emotions. The role is about much more than classroom support you''ll be helping students feel understood, supported and able to succeed.
