This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, and committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.The provision supports students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education, including social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), behavioural difficulties, or other additional support needs.The RoleSupporting secondary-aged pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.Encouraging engagement with learning and promoting positive behaviour.Assisting teaching staff with the delivery of lessons and activities.Building positive, trusting relationships with students.Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development.Helping to maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the teaching team.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience working with secondary-aged children or young people.A calm, patient, and resilient approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to ..... full job details .....
