We''re working with a secondary school in Barking and Dagenham who are looking for someone who genuinely gets this - someone who doesn''t take behaviour personally, who listens first, and who knows that trust is built slowly and with consistency. This role would suit someone who wants to be that steady person a student can turn to when things feel overwhelming. Your day-to-day might include: * Supporting pupils 1:1 or in smaller groups who find school life challenging * Being a calm presence during moments of frustration or dysregulation * Helping students reset, make better choices, and reconnect with learning * Working alongside the pastoral team, SENCO and class teachers to keep everyone on the same page * Encouraging confidence, responsibility and positive ways of coping * Celebrating the wins - even the sma...
