We are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a specialist boys'' SEMH school in Wandsworth, supporting secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and challenging behaviour. This role would suit someone who is calm under pressure, confident setting boundaries and able to use positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies to help pupils manage their emotions and engage with education. The Role As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will:   Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support.   Support pupils with challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation and barriers to learning.
