You will play a vital part in helping students develop the skills and self-regulation needed to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Providing targeted support to students who exhibit challenging behaviours, both on a one-to-one and small group basis.Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions as outlined in student support plans.Working closely with teaching staff to support them in managing behaviour effectively in the classroom.Building positive and consistent relationships with students, acting as a mentor and positive influence.Contributing to the development and review of individual behaviour plans (IBPs).Liaising with parents/carers, SENCO, and external agencies to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to behaviour support.Monitoring and recording student behaviour, contributing to the evaluation of ..... full job details .....
