You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for students who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves delivering 1:1 mentoring, supporting pupils during lessons and social times, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting emotional regulation and helping students remain engaged with their education.
