You will help create an environment where students feel safe and valued, helping them to thrive academically and socially.As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will: Work 1:1 and in small groups with students to support behavioural and emotional needs. Implement and monitor behaviour management plans, providing consistent and clear expectations. Support students in developing social skills and emotional resilience. Assist in creating and maintaining a calm, structured classroom environment.
