Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people''s lives? Do you have experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs? We''re looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team, working across a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools in the Bradford area.

This is a full-time supply role, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the flexibility of working in different settings.

The Role:

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will:

• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH)

• Build strong, positive relationships to help students engage in learning

• Work alongside teachers and school staff to create safe, inclusive environments

• Deliver tailored interventions and 1:1 support as needed

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour

• A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach

• Ability to adapt to different school settings and build rapport quickly

• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• A relevant qualification (e.g. Team Teach, MAPA, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
