Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people''s lives? Do you have experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs? We''re looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team, working across a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools in the Bradford area.
This is a full-time supply role, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the flexibility of working in different settings.
The Role:
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will:
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH)
Build strong, positive relationships to help students engage in learning
Work alongside teachers and school staff to create safe, inclusive environments
Deliver tailored interventions and 1:1 support as needed
Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies
What We''re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour
A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
Ability to adapt to different school settings and build rapport quickly
A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
A relevant qualification (e.g. Team Teach, MAPA, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
