About the Role: We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join the anzuk team to work in schools across North West London. Your role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Using behaviour management strategies to support learning and foster a positive environment. Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and build relationships that help students thrive. Who We re Looking For: Experienced Professional: Previous experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour in an educational or similar setting is essential. Trained in Behaviour Management: Qualifications such as Team Teach (or similar) are highly advantageous.
