An amazing mental health school in Oxford are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join their team starting either asap or for the new year. They look after students between the ages of 11 and 18, all of which have been identified as struggling with social, emotional and mental health needs.Many of these students come from tricky backgrounds, and have never been modelled healthy ways to process and regulate their feelings and emotions. This school are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to come in and work on conflict resolution, behaviour support plans and mental health support plans. Many of these students are also seeing multi-disciplinary professions and need support facilitating the intervention plans that have been put in place.
